Chinese New Year

I haven’t been in China celebrating Chinese New Year for five years in a row. It always seems to overlap with my winter escape or the New York fashion week calendar. Honestly it is the only traditional thing that I could possibly miss in my bone. For Chinese, you don’t need a reason to go home at this time of year, but you do need a reason not to. So I’m done excusing myself this time and I can’t wait to see family and friends back home in Beijing. Fortunately, festive packing is way easier than any other trips. After all, Chinese New Year is all about red.

btw, the seven-inch-cap Christian Louboutin nail polish is so pigmented that one coat is all that takes to give my nails a Louboutin rouge. And it dries super fast. So I guess it does live up to all the buzz, and the bucks.
